Pateole yeast and mushroom spread - Tue 4th Aug 2009I've been using it a lot recently.
I spread some over field mushrooms and spread pesto on top, then baked for 20 minutes - gorgeous.
And tonight I've done the same with a pizza dough, then put peppers, mushrooms and sliced tomato on top.
Great on thinly sliced toast with tomatoes and black pepper!
