Having the lemon flavour makes all the difference to this mayonnaise - really lightens it and stops it tasting sickly. It's a tiny bit thinner in consistency than I would have liked, closer to a thick salad cream than mayonnaise, but that's not a big problem. I bought this and the Plamil Rice Mayonnaise to compare and think I'll be buying this one again in future.

Not the thickest of Mayonnaise so not our favourite type. I do think it could do with having some more lemon in because the flavour is quite mild. I personally wouldn't buy it again but it may suit some people, depends what your looking for.
