Love this! Gorgeous creamy garlicy mayo without all the added sugar and egg! Wonderful with vegan burgers and salad.

I was very impressed with this product. It is a great alternative to mayonnaise - sweet, but not sickly because of the garlic. The texture is thinner than traditional mayonnaise but that merely means that it is quite light so it isn't really a problem unless you're looking for something to spread on thickly. I've tried other brands of similar products in the past and thrown them straight in the bin, so I was a bit worried. However, this is one that I intend to keep and, like the previous reviewer, I have found it adds a very nice hint of sweetness to salads and sandwich fillings.

Tips

Try... - Sun 20th May 2012
Try cutting sweet potatoes into wedges, then toss in some olive oil, cumin and salt. Roast in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C/gas 6 for 15-20 mins until tender and golden. Serve with garlic mayo.
