Delicious! - Tue 25th Oct 2011
Having tried this mix for the first time recently I will definitely be adding it to my 'favourites'! It was so simple - just add milk, a quick stir, pour it into a baking tin and 40 minutes later the best tasting soda bread I have ever had (and I'm a fan of soda bread). A really lovely nutty taste and a little lighter than other soda bread. An easy way to serve fresh bread at the dinner table and impress your guests, or a quick way to make a home-baked gift for a friend or relative. I can't reccomend this enough.
