EcoMil Cuisine is an almond cooking cream. It is a perfect alternative for dairy single cream and soya creams. This cream does not curdle when cooking. It can be boiled and mixed up with sour food such as lemon or custard. Try it in soups, sauces, gratins, vegetables, pasta, cakes and desserts, as well as in tea or coffee.

EcoMil Cuisine Chef is a non dairy cream made from almonds. It has no soya, no dairy and no cholesterol. This non-dairy cream has a fantastic nutty taste. It has the consistency of pouring cream and can be used in drinks and in baking.

I have to say, I quite enjoyed this! It did have a slightly nutty taste to it, but it was still very nice, and it did give you the feeling that you were eating something of slightly higher indulgence/fat content, like you would when eating cream. It has about the same consistancy as ordinary cream. I will buy again.
