I have tried many different milk alternatives but I am afraid this was not for me. It may be ok disguised in cooking, but I certainly wouldn't drink it or use it on cereal.

A taste to tame - Mon 11th Oct 2010
I wasn't too keen on quinoa drink the first time I tried it, but I really loved it the second time. It has a very strong taste, though, quite a green flavour, with hints of freshly picked garden peas. So it doesn't go with everything, but is a nice drink to have if you fancy something original.
If you want to use it as a milk substitute in recipes or with cereals, I would suggest you try it by itself first so you know what flavours it would go with.
