Product Details

EcoMil Almond Instant is delicious, light and easy to digest. Almond is a particularly good source of protein, containing all the essential amino acids. EcoMil Almond Instant is a perfect alternative to dairy or soya milks in almost all preparations, in coffee, tea, with cereals, in baking, for sauces or as a cold refreshing or hot drink by itself. You only have to dissolve 2 or 3 tablespoons (15 – 20 g, according to taste) in 200 ml of cold or hot water.

Fantastic product all round, would use and recommend it if it was not so sweet.

Can you make an unsweetened version like soya does?

This product is brilliant, truly brilliant. I am a vegan that still enjoys a cuppa and I generally drink water or herbal teas all day - but you can't beat a good cuppa with this as the 'milk'. As its powdered it lasts much longer than having the cartons and them going off. One small problem is that the powder doesn't always dissolve at the bottom of the cup - and the price. I have also used it in my quinoa porridge - much nicer than apple juice.
