Doves farm organic crispy chocolate and rice bars are packed with fair trade goodness. They liaise with farmers at home and abroad to ensure every ingredient has traceability and to make sure we include the best Fair Trade and Organic ingredients.

A blast from the past, these remind me of the first cakes we were allowed to make with rice crispies, syrup and cocoa. But these are much less sweet and the chocolate tastes more sophisticated. A big person's choccie bar.

These make a nice change from the more usual oats/dried fruit combinations - the chocolate has a good flavour and they're not over-sweet.
