Traditional 3 colour Gluten Free and Organic pasta, made in Italy from rice, spinach and tomato.

Product Details

To achieve the colours tomato and spinich are used in production. There's no need to change your cooking or eating habits with this pasta and guests may not even realise it's gluten free.

Usage

1)Bring a large pan of water and a little salt to a rolling boil.
2)Add 100g/4oz pasta per person.
3)Simmer without a lid for 6-8 minutes.
4)Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
5)Carefully drain pasta and return to pan.
6)Stir a little butter, olive oil or a or a spoonful of your sauce and serve.

White rice* (96%), spinach* (2%), tomato* (2%).
*Organically grown ingredient.

A nice alternative to standard pasta - the flavour is subtle so it does not interfer with any flavours in the sauce.

Really nice gluten-free alternative to wheat pasta. The tomato and spinach flavour isn't that apparent, but that doesn't really matter, as it goes with anything, and still looks attractive on the plate.
