Cooking Instructions
1. Bring a large pan of water and a little salt to a rolling boil.
2. Add 100g/4oz pasta per person.
3. Simmer without a lid for 5-7 mins.
4. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
5. Carefully drain pasta and return to pan.
6. Stir in a little butter, olive oil or a spoonful of your sauce & serve.

Recipe
Blue Cheese Pasta Sauce.
To serve with 500g of pasta : 2 onions, 4 stalks celery, 25g/1oz butter, 200g/8oz Gorgonzola or blue cheese, 150g/6oz Ricotta cheese, 30ml/10fl oz Milk and black pepper to taste.
Method:
1. Chop the celery and onion as finely as possible.
2. Mely the butter in a saucepan and add the onion and celery.
3. Cook gently until they are soft.
4. Mix together the Gorgonzola or blue cheese, Ricotta and milk.
5. Mix in onion and celery.
6. Drain the cooked pasta, add the cheese sauce and mix well.
7. Add the black pepper to taste.
8. Serve immediately.

This is really good quality and nice taste, although it doesn't retain it's shape well if overcooked unlike the wheat one. It has a strong rice-like flavour that is unique if you're not used to it.

Beautiful taste, where the brown rice flavour is subtle and not overpowering so that the pasta works well in any italian style dish. A very good buy.

Great quality, don't seem to soak up as much as sauce as wheat pasta and differs in texture, but good taste nonetheless, and healthy.

Tips

Cook some penne. Meanwhile, pull some left over chicken breast meat off the bone and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Dice a few tomatoes and set aside. Dice a courgette or two and lightly fry in olive oil. Drain the pasta and, while it's still hot, toss with a few tbsp pesto, then add the tomatoes, courgette and chicken. Garnish with shaved parmesan and serve immediately.
