Other Information

Organically grown Kamut grain is an ancient relative of modern wheat, naturally rich in selenium and high quality protein. The grain is stoneground into wholegrain flour, characteristically pale and creamy yellow in colour, which belies the fact that it contains all of the bran and 9g of fibre per 100g. The flour is ideal for bread and pasta making.
