If, like me, you are allergic to Buckwheat, this flour will make you very ill.
Why Dove Farm chose to use the French word on this flour is beyond me - they use the word 'buckwheat' on their other flours. But thanks to this, I spent 2 days vomiting up everything I attempted to eat or drink. Reviewer's Name: Rachel
