Other Information

Wholemeal flour is defined by law as the entire 100% result of the milling of cleaned wheat. We have finely milled a special blend of soft wheat adding raising agents to produce this fine flour.

Great for baking - Tue 4th Nov 2008
I always use wholemeal flour but sometimes recipes require a finer flour than the standard wholewheat, which can be a bit heavy. I bought this flour for a specific recipe, a delicate chocolate cake and it worked wonderfully. The cake raised so well that no one would suspect wholemeal flour was used!
