Doves Farm are organic flour and gluten free flour specialists. They have separate mills for gluten free flours as well as a separate bakery. The Doves Farm story began at a farm near Hungerford in 1978. Doves Farm make a variety of organic and gluten free products including great tasting organic flour, biscuits, cookies, cereal bars, breakfast cereals, pasta & baking requisites.

Lovely, crunch gluten free cookies - Mon 8th Mar 2010Ooo these moreish hazelnut cookies are gluten free and delicious. They have a lovely, crunchy texture with a good balance of malty sweetness and wholesome nuttiness. I'm addicted.
Delicious with hot drinks or as a treat alongside yoghurts or icecream or just because you love them.
