Usage

Use one bag for a cup, two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four to five minutes - the active botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.

This is the real deal. There are many Ginseng teas out there, some massively expensive 'authentic' ones as well, but triple ginseng is by far the best. It tastes lovely and really does wake you up. Thank you Doctor Stuart.

This stuff is amazing. I've just started full-time work and haven't had the energy to exercise. I brought this because I read that its good for mental alertness. That is an understatement! Its like Liquid crack! I drink two cups a day, one in the morning and one mid afternoon. Even after working 8 hour days I exercise with more intensity and for longer than ever. It tastes awful but thats a small price to pay!
