Usage
Use one bag for a cup, two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four to five minutes - the active botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.

Hibiscus flowers, rosehip shells,apple (19%), ginger (19%), cinnamon (8%), organic demerara sugar, natural lemon flavour, natural pineapple flavour.

Of all the fruit and herbal teas I have tried (and I've tried a lot) Dr Stuarts Apple and Ginger tea is the best.

This is a lovely warming tea with a well-rounded flavour. My only criticism is they have added Demerara sugar, in a small enough quantity that I don't think it makes all that much difference to the taste, but not great if you're trying to avoid sugar generally.
