Tranquility Tea is made with a blend of traditional herbs like limeflower, hawthorn berries, yarrow and fennel, this tea will relax and restore you, whether you have been overdoing it or simply need a breather.
Dr Stuart's range of teas bears the name and endorsement of a man of enormous creative energy who was one of the first highly qualified scientists in recent times to widely support and promote the many beneficial values of the plant kingdom and whose worldwide contributions to the subject of herbs have led to him being described as 'the father of Modern Herbalism'.
His conversion from pure science occurred after observing first hand the traditional role of plants in rural medicine whilst a university lecturer in central Africa and led to an outstanding clinical, literary and consultative career, in which he consistently promoted the essential value of quality in plant products.

This tea has a pleasant herbal flavour and is very comforting when you want a tea to help you relax. The taste of the tea is quite mild - not overpoweringly "herbal" like some teas can be. The ingredients have muscle relaxing qualities so it genuinely makes you feel a bit calmer!
