Serving Suggestion

Cranberry & Raspberry smoothie
Serves 2
4 Dr Stuart's cranberry & Raspberry tea bags.
12 large raspberries
150ml milk
½ apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced.
2tsb lemon juice
1tsb honey
Pour 150ml boiling water on to the tea bags and allow to brew for 10 minutes. Squeeze the bags well to maximise herb content. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Divide between two tall glasses and serve immediately.
Healthy tip: Garnish with some fresh mint leaves and a raspberry.

Usage

Use one bag for a cup, two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four to five minutes - the active botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.

Hibiscus flowers, rosehip shells, blackcurrant leaves, orange peel, elderflower, cranberries (4%), raspberries (1%), natural raspberry flavour.
