Usage

Use one bag for a cup, two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four to five minutes - the active botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.

This tea tasted disgusting when I first tried it, however, sticking with drinking a cup every day for the last 10 days so far my skin texture has improved and I have a nice healthy glow. Still have a few spots but then again I am a teenager...my skin has definitely improved and I think if I carry on drinking this tea for a longer period of time (never expect instant miracles) then my skin will carry on improving. Brill product, shame about the taste!

I was expecting a really awful tasting tea, but was pleasantly surprised! It was definitely drinkable without any problem for me. I have just taken my third cup, and am already noticing a slight difference. Hopefully I will see a continuous improvement in the future.
