Scrummiest bread ever! - Wed 2nd Dec 2009 Gluten-free bread has long been a challenge, but these guys have really cracked it - and then some!
Delicious and far simpler to make than normal bread, you still use yeast, so you get that convincing yeasty smell in the kitchen - and best of all, the results are so good even the wheat-eaters will love it!
I like to add some mixed grains (millet, linseed) and chopped walnuts. If it doesn't all go at once (it will!), you can restore the soft texture by reheating in a microwave for a few seconds ... try squidging a slice of creamy blue cheese into the warm bread ... mmmmmm!
it couldn't be easier to do, and looks, tastes and feels like the very nicest Reviewer's Name: gt43
