Cooking Instructions

Cooking guidelines Cook the lasagne in a pan of boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Remove from water and place in a greased baking dish, making alternative layers of lasagne and tomato sauce with béchamel sauce (2-5 layers). Top with grated cheese and small pieces of butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 for 30-35 minutes. All cooking appliances vary in performance; these are guidelines only. Always check that the product is piping hot before serving.
