These unprocessed nibs taste really fresh and not too strong. If you have a high-speed blender it's best to grind them in there and then add them into raw cake and desert mixtures. I've also successfully made raw chocolate using these nibs with the cacao butter and honey.

....but an acquired taste. These are pure chocolate and so good for you in small quantities. I am going to incorporate them into trail mix made at home. They can seem quite bitter at first but there is a mellow chocolate taste that is there and so much better than the fat filled, sugar mainstream chocolate bars!
