These taste so fantastic. If you used to eat meat and you enjoyed hotdogs before you realised what you were really eating, then these are for you. Fry some onions and put in some warm pitta bread moistened with a bit of olive oil (or butter if you're not vegan)and add the sausages. I like to add some organic chutney too. Eating them reminds me of being a kid again but food-wise a conscientious one!!
