Ingredients

Tofu 76% (water, soyabeans), carrots, cold-pressed sunflower oil, pepper, vegetable broth, seaweed, sea salt, spices.

Other Information

Taifun uses a combination of nigari (magnesium chloride extracted from sea water) and calcium sulphate to coagulate it. This coagulation method produces a firmer texture and is also means that the tofu is a good source of calcium.

In my house this is voted the best tofu product around. It has a taste of its own and doesnt need too much doing to it or adding to it. Just cube or slice and lightly fry and serve hot or with a cold dish. I even pick at it as I'm cooking. It's not as weird as other Tofu can be. A stir fry favourite way to add protein to my meal and ultra convenient.
