Tofu Dip - Tue 23rd Aug 2011
Make a simple tofu dip by blending 225 g silken tofu with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1-2 cloves crushed garlic and some salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with veggie crudites or as a mayo alternative.

I use this tofu for Japanese cooking. It's the only tofu I've found to be usable in simple dishes where the flavour of the tofu is the focus of the dish. It's delicious, and as another reviewer says, it is much better than what's available in the supermarket.
