Serving Suggestion

Fry in oil, add some soy sauce and serve with rice and vegetables. Or cut into cubes and use in a stirfry.

Ingredients

Tofu 97% (water, soya beans), vegetable broth, concentrated lemon juice, cold pressed sunflower oil.

Other Information

Taifun uses a combination of nigari (magnesium chloride extracted from sea water) and calcium sulphate to coagulate it. This coagulation method produces a firmer texture and is also means that the tofu is a good source of calcium.

This is absolutely the best tofu I have ever had! The marinade is wonderful, slightly salty, rich and crisp. Very moreish indeed. So versatile, can be used in hot pots, pasta and rice or for a vegan fry up.
