Cooking Instructions

Lightly fry in a pan. Delicious with noodles, potatoes and vegetables.

Ingredients

Tofu 82% (water, soya beans, coagulating agents: nigari (magnesium chloride), calcium sulphate), wild garlic pesto 9.2%, (wild garlic 50%, sunflower oil, sea salt), onions, sesame seeds, vegetable broth (sea salt, yeast extract, potato starch, leek, carrots, sunflower oil, mace, parsley, celery), sunflower oil, lemon juice concentrate, ginger.

Other Information

Taifun uses a combination of nigari (magnesium chloride extracted from sea water) and calcium sulphate to coagulate it. This coagulation method produces a firmer texture and is also means that the tofu is a good source of calcium.
