This is not the best tasting cheese uncooked but it's fantastic grilled! Looks and tastes just like dairy cheese!

After trying many different 'cheese' alternatives, I have finally found a staple to have in my fridge. I have used this on top of a cold three layered dip for tortilla chips, as well as on pizza, with great results. Uncooked, the texture is smooth and doesn't have a strong flavour. When cooked it took on the flavours of the pizza sauce and toppings, and it actually melted like proper cheese! I would definately recommend this product if you are a lover of Mexican and Italian dishes, but have allergies or are Macro/Vegan.

Will deffo continue to purchase this, so nice on pizzas, melts like 'regular cheese' and a nice subtle taste unlike other 'sheeses' I've tried.

Doesn't melt as well as dairy cheese, but great on a homemade pizza. The closest thing you will find to pizza cheese
