Organic Butter traditionally churned unsalted

Product Details

Smooth, rich and mild butter made from organic cream, Vrai butter is made in Brittany in France. This is a Chilled product, and needs to be stored between 2-8 degrees Celsius. Vrai organic butter is traditionally made in a churn to offer a savoury butter with an authentic creamy texture. We only use high-quality creams made with organic milk from cows reared on organic certified farms prohibiting use of artificial pesticides and fertilizers on grazing pastures. Can be used for spreading on bread, etc or cooking in sauces, cakes and pastries.

Try... - Thu 14th Jun 2012
Try beating chopped parsley and chives into slightly softened butter. Add lemon juice and seasoning (to taste) and mix until smooth. Chill before serving. Shape into a mould if liked. Freeze in an ice-cube tray to make handy portions.
