For an alternative to whipped cream, whisk one egg white with 40 g caster sugar and carefully fold in 200 g Woodlands sheeps yogurt. Serve immediately with fresh fruit, cakes or meringues.

Cool & Creamy Green Yoghurt Dressing - Wed 7th Sep 2011
Mix 250 g sheeps yoghurt with 3 tbsp or more of olive oil and blend together with 1/2 chopped cucumber, 1 chopped sweet Spanish onion, 1 large diced green pepper and 2 chopped garlic cloves. Good with cold new potatoes, salmon, or mixed green salad.

This is the nicest tasting yoghurt we've tasted. it's very rich & creamy and almost subtly cheesy tasting. Plus the fact that it's sheep's milk means it is higher in zinc and calcium. I like to mix this into my pasta sauce.
