Woodlands goats milk yoghurt is a delicious alternative to cow and sheep products, and may help those with allergies or food intolerance. It contains live cultures: Lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgarius and strepotcoccus thermophilus which may help maintain a good digestive system.
This exceptional yoghurt has a mild, fresh taste that is perfect on its own or with fruit or cereal.
All Woodlands milk is GMO free and pasteurised.

Blend 175 ml Woodlands goats yoghurt with 1 peeled and chopped ripe mango (or tinned mango or mango pulp), 150 ml goats milk and 2 tsp caster sugar (or to taste). Serve in a glass and top with ice.

Very pleasant tasting, but personally I prefer the taste and texture of the sheep's milk version. This yoghurt is good as a side for strong flavoured dishes like curries.
