My fave brand of tofu - tasty and a good price. Works in a range of dishes from stir-fries to smoothies. Tastes good as it is and perhaps even better once it's marinated, I like to use tamari, chilli, lemongrass and ginger. I prefer this larger size as it serves four, but also comes in a handy smaller size.
