For those times when you're so hectic that you forget to pre-marinate your tofu, this is a life-saver. Very tasty, high-quality tofu.

Definitely one of the better tasting marinated tofu products around.
I've tried this cold and also in a "stew" with mainly carrots and tomatoes.
The cider vinegar adds a distinctive and pleasant taste

I found this a fair tofu basic for cooking, but I'm not a fan of Clear Spot tofu products eaten cold. They tend to have a soft, moist texture - obviously due to the marinating. This adds the basic flavour to the tofu but it is not one of the brands that I would use for a salad or something similar. I'd recommend Cauldron as a better alternative for eating straight from the pack.
