Cooking Instructions

This product is ready to eat.
To serve hot, heat in a microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. Alternatively, cover with foil and heat in an oven on gas mark 7 (220°C) for 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Dough: 45% organic white flour, vegetable oil, salt, yeast.
Filling: Soya mince 20%, onions, tomatoes 10%, mushrooms 10%, red wine 2%, balsamic vinegar, sun dried tomatoes, vegetable oil, garlic, herbs and spices, salt.

Cautions

Contains wheat, soya.

This is one of the good ones from Forest Foods. It is generously filled and tastes exactly like a decent vegetarian bolognese, with enough sauce not to be dry. Unlike some other products, it also heats well and does not become greasy if eaten hot. The only bad point is that the pastry isn't very tasty - with a bit of a 'raw' flavour. However, this is not overpowering and the filling makes this a great product. If you like bolognese, you should enjoy this.
