Usage

Sore frozen, do not refreeze once defrosted, cook within 24 hours of defrosting.

Get this for a recipe that calls for shortcrust, not puff pastry, because it won't puff.

NOT PUFF PASTRY - Tue 12th Jul 2011
This is NOT puff pastry! It is more like shortcrust, perfect for pasties or pies... But not at all designed to make anything that calls for puff pastry. I was really looking forward to making some vegan sausage rolls and the recipe failed completely of course! It doesn't puff in the oven, but just goes slightly hard and crispy, and remain so heavy it is unbelievable, exactly like shortcrust. Huge disappointment.
