Usage

This product is ready to eat. To serve hot heat in a microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. For a crispy tortilla heat uncovered in an oven on gas mark 7 (220C) for 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Dough: 45% organic white flour, vegetable oil, salt, yeast, Filling: mushrooms 15%, onions, rice, peppers 7%, smoked tofu 7%, vegetable oil, garlic, herbs and spices, salt.

Nice mushroom taste - Fri 6th Apr 2012
This makes a lovely quick snack. I tried this cold and the pastry was light enough not to overpower everything, with a generous filling - which tasted exactly as it sounds. If you are a fan of mushrooms, this is certainly one to try as the main taste is a pleasant flavour of fresh, smoked mushroom. Very nice.
