A favourite variety of houmous with the Mediterranean feel of olives and sun dried tomatoes, this houmous is a favourite for dips and as a spread.

Ingredients

Chick peas 33%, water, sunflower oil, tahini 6.8%, lemon dressing (water, lemon juice from fresh organic lemons, citric acid), sun dried tomatoes 4.5%, green olives, sea salt, garlic.

Or not.... since I just ate a tub all to myself - what a great way to get some salad veggies down though - I had a handful each of celery sticks, carrot sticks and cucumber sticks (so about a cereal bowlful of raw veggies, which I reckon must be 3 of the 5 a day we are told should be minimum) It's very creamy - would make a good spread on something like crackers or good bread - the tomato is not really noticeable but I expect it would make a difference if it wasn't there - there are lovely chunks of tasty green olives though. Overall very satisfying :) And if you were hosting a party you'd be sure to need more than one tub! Don't order too far in advance though, since it only has a few days until the expiry date.
