Product Details

Doves Farm are organic flour and gluten free flour specialists. They have separate mills for gluten free flours as well as a separate bakery. The Doves Farm story began at a farm near Hungerford in 1978. Doves Farm make a variety of organic and gluten free products including great tasting organic flour, biscuits, cookies, cereal bars, breakfast cereals, pasta & baking requisites.

Ingredients

Gluten free flour blend (brown rice, potato, maize) sugar, palm oil, lemon paste (corn syrup, sugar, whole lemon peel 2.1%, concentrated lemon juice) lemon oil 1%, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).

Energy 1987kJ/473kcal, Protein 3.3g, Carbohydrate 73.7g (of which sugars 34.5g), Fat 18.3g (of which saturates 8.3g), Fibre trace, Sodium trace.

They are not really that lemony more like a almond biscuit with a hint of lemon as an after taste.
I was not overjoyed with them but there ok for dunking in your cuppa.

These have a great lemon flavour, with pieces of lemon peel. Also not as crumbly as most non-wheat biscuits.

Wow. I have never tasted Lemon Cookies that taste so good! They are a firm favourite of ours and I can see us buying them a lot. As soon as you open the packet you smell the lemon and it just makes you want to eat one right away. As you take your first bite into the cookie it tastes so good and has a lovely texture. You couldn't ask for better and the lemon flavour is just to die for. Safe to say they didn't last for long as you can't help but want to eat them. Highly Recommended. Dove Farm biscuits taste fantastic, never let you down and vegan friendly. What more could you ask for!
