Tasty, healthy, fast food! - Sun 9th Oct 2011
Great for days when you really don't have time to cook. It's got a fairly mild flavour but I like it. The tofu makes the texture more interesting. I serve it with rice (I always have cooked brown rice in the freezer, so the whole meal only takes minutes to prepare.)
