Serving Suggestion

Use Takemoto Toasted Sesame Oil in stir-fries and sauteed dishes as well as in marinades, vinaigrettes, sauces and Oriental noodle salads or fried noodle dishes. It goes especially well with Clearspring Organic Kagisa Shoyu Soya Sauce and ginger or garlic.

Usage

Just a few drops of this nutty flavoured oil will add a richness to Chinese recipes. Toasted Sesame Oil is fantastic in stir-fries, just use instead of the oil mentioned in the recipe.

Sesame Kale - Mon 5th Sep 2011
Heat 2 tsp toasted sesame oil in a large saucepan, add 1 head of shredded curly kale, cover and cook over a low heat until tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
