Contains the health-giving bio-live cultures Lactobacillus acidophilus & Bifidobacterium lactis as well as Lactobacillus bulgaricus & Streptococcus thermophilus. An ideal, healthy alternative to cream in recipes and with desserts. Less than 10% fat.
