First meat-free, pea protein based southern fried ‘chicken’ to be launched in the UK , Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and people looking for healthier and more ethical lifestyles.

Cooking Instructions

To Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium heat and cook for about 12 mins., turning occasionally untill crisp & golden brown.
To oven bake: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/425°F Gas mark 7. Place on a pre-hated tray, spray with a light coating of vegetable oil and cook for 12 mins until golden brown.>br> To shallow fry: Add a little oil to the pan & cook for approximately 3mins. per side on a medium heat until crisp and golden brown. Avoid over cooking.
