- Thu 26th Jul 2007 Although the Redwood Mozzarella Cheezly Blocks do melt, it does not spread whilst melting so youu just get a little block of melted cheese. When making a pizza I found it was hard to cover the whole pizza without making the cheese too thick as you cannot grate or slice the cheese very finely. If the cheese came in thin square slices like burger cheese then it would work very well or if it came grated it would be perfect.
