Delicious! - Fri 27th Feb 2009
All the cheezly varieties I've tried taste amazing. We use this one for melting on nachos and pizza and for sandwiches. I've tried Sheese and it's horrible! This actually tastes very much like the real thing. Don't be afraid to try it!

Excellent melting cheese! - Sat 17th Apr 2010
This is not clearly marked as a melting cheese, which it should be! Delicious on pizzas, lasagne and other such hot foods - a very good alternative to dairy cheese if you are lactose intolerant or dairy allergic and the only one we have ever found that really does achieve a melting effect too! (Bute's Sheeses are our favourite for soft/creamy, but we prefer Cheezly for hard ones.)

oh dear - Fri 23rd Jul 2010
Oh dear I don't like the texture of this in my mouth so I couldn't consider the taste.. it is a little mushy and a little crumbly not at all like edam....

Like all Redwood Cheezly products - delicious - Fri 25th Mar 2011
I absolutely love Cheezly. Local shops in my area only seem to stock the cheddar style, if they have any vegan cheese at all. The Edam-style Cheezly works very well in any recipe which requires a cheese that melts. The texture is not exactly like Edam but, the flavour is great. My partner made Macaroni 'Cheezly' using this edam-style 'cheese' and it tasted delicious... even his teenage brother (who normally eats dairy cheese) enjoyed it.

It's really good for cooking. Especially nice when you want to cook something in the oven. Just put it on the top of your favourite dish, it will melt nicely and taste good.
