Bean mix (black eyed beans, black turtle beans, pinto beans, haricot beans, butter beans, aduki beans, mung beans), soya protein, sunflower oil, water, seed mix (linseed, white poppy seed, blue poppy seed & hemp seed), wheat starch & protein, yeast extracts, herbs & spices, onion powder, sugar, salt, thickener: carrageenan & locust bean gum, fermented rice & malt extract.

Tastes of nothing really. If some garlic etc. was added it would be much better. Severely lacking in flavour very bland.

Great texture and flavour although sometimes it can be a little on the salty side. A nice mix of beans and it makes a great topping for jacket potatoes - I mix it with a little olive oil so that it can be dolloped on easily.

This is a nice blend of beans and seeds. It taste a bit like smoked meat, works well as a spread or eaten alone.
