Quick and easy to prepare. Delicious served with hummus or spicy tomato dip. Great with salad or fries/sautéed potatoes. Perfect too in warmed pitta bread with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, vegan yogurt and a drizzle of tahini.Cooking Instructions
