Serving Suggestion

Quick and easy to prepare. Delicious served with hummus or spicy tomato dip. Great with salad or fries/sautéed potatoes. Perfect too in warmed pitta bread with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, vegan yogurt and a drizzle of tahini.

Cooking Instructions

Can be eaten cold or heated through
Oven cook for 8-10 minutes at gas mark 6 or grill for 5 minutes.

Chickpeas, onions, breadcrumbs, wheat fibre, wheat flour, sunflower oil, salt, unrefined sugar, spices, dried garlic, herbs.

Having loved falafels for years (and worked in the middle east, so knew what traditional ones should really be like) these are great....so much so I never got to eat them all to myself, everyone else was dipping in and helping themselves.
