Usage

This product is ready to eat. To serve hot heat in a microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. For best results heat in an oven on gas mark 7 (220C) for 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Pastry: 30% organic wholemeal flour, organic vegetable fat, arame, salt, backing powder, Filling: tofu 15%, vegetables 45% inclu: waterchestnuts, carrots, onions, arame 2%, soya sauce, vegetarian sherry, wine vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil.
