Cooking Instructions

Steam Method
1. If frozen defrost first
2. Place in steamer oven at 100°C for approx 55 minutes

Oven Method
1. If frozen defrost first
2. Wrap in foil and place on an oven tray with a little water. Heat at 190°C/gas mark 5 for approx 50-60 minutes

Frying Method
1. Remove all outer casing, slice to desired thickness and fry or grill until piping hot

Quick Microwave Method (800w category D)
1. Remove casing and clips
2. Cut haggis into pieces
3. Place in a suitable microwave dish, cover and heat on a medium setting for approx 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. Microwave ovens do vary; adjust time accordingly
