Try... - Sun 20th May 2012
Try dividing a sheet of puff pastry in half lengthways, then place on a floured baking tray. Spread with ricotta, leaving a 2 cm border at each edge, and top with thin slices of fig. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C/gas 6 for 20 mins. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with flaked almonds and cut into squares to serve. Ideal at Xmas!
