Dragonfly's vegetarian burgers are handmade in their kitchen in Devon and the vegetables used in this nut beany have been sourced locally. The nuts have been carefully selected to give these walnut and almond burgers a rich and complete taste; a flavoursome alternative for a vegetarian dish.

Cooking Instructions

Barbecue: 6 minutes each side.
Grill: 5 minutes each side.
Fry: 3 minutes each side.
Oven bake: 15 minutes 190°C gas mark 5.
Microwave: 2 minutes on full.

Ingredients

Soya bean fibre & curd (45%), cooked brown rice (34%), walnuts & almonds (5%), carrot, onion, tomato puree, tamari, herbs, spices, sea salt. Cooked in sunflower oil.

Really good, healthy ingedients and a very tasty satisfying snack or dinner. Not at all heavy or greasy like some burgers.

The tastiest Beany of all of Dragonfly's beanies - in my opinion anyway. The pieces of walnuts make all the difference. Great with mashed potatoes and veggies.
